Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item/s to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all its tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

No Tags = No Refund/Exchange

To start a return, you can contact us at info@juneberry.co.za with details of the item/s as well as the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN COST IS R99 VIA COURIER THROUGHOUT SOUTH AFRICA AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM FINAL AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds will exclude all delivery fees that are paid as part of the order.

All delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the order has arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. It is at Juneberry Baby Boutique's own discretion to determine whether a refund for delivery may be waivered.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Sunglasses

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

All refunds under R250.00 will be loaded as a store credit/gift voucher unless otherwise indicated.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In the event that you return goods, it will take up to 10 business days to process a refund and for it to reflect on your bank account.

If we accidently deliver the wrong item/s to you or if the product is not as described, please contact us on info@juneberry.co.za and we will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we can arrange to deliver the correct product to you (assuming it is still available) or refund you, depending on your preference.
